Thanks to his academic and professional activity, he has acquired, over the years, a deep expertise and vast experience in the fields of administrative law, supporting the management and tax administration of large public companies and local authorities, also providing assistance to public and private entities in all aspects concerning the preparation of acts (tender notices and applications) in public tender procedures, including with the instrument of project finance, as well as in relation to the administration of lands and buildings rules, environmental and soil protection, and expropriation proceedings, both in procedural stages and in judicial disputes, including those pertaining to the determination of the estimate of expropriation compensation or compensation for damages for unlawful occupation. He is also an expert in civil law in relation to the protection of property and possession of movable and immovable properties, procedures - jurisdictional and executive - for the credit recovery, and civil liability issues in general.
